Not feeling flutters

This is my 2nd preg and please domt judge me cause I know I can feel them.

My first pregnancy I felt my daughter as early as 8 weeks and even though they were not regular I felt her flutters every so often that gave me a relief she was there.

Well this pregnancy I felt them very early on like 6 or 7 weeks and now at 12 weeks and still nothing from 8 weeks till now, I'm kinda worried cause I had a miscarriage few months ago and same happened. I stopped throwing up now which also gets me worried. My next appointment isn't until next week.
