Any help appreciated

Right guys I have some questions sorry it’s a long one so on June 1st I found out my pregnancy was ectopic I had to have emergency surgery and lost my left tube up till now everything since has been pretty normal I’ve had 3 cycles since all been bang on time and normal flow apart from this time AF was not due till 3rd September but 27th aug I had one day very light bleed and since then on and off I’ve had very light spotting like maybe every other day once or twice when I wipe I’ve had slight cramps on my right side but I also had a 24hr stomach bug too full blown V and D I have not bothered going the doctor as today I was booked to go the hospital for a follow up I went hoping for answers and they just did not seem bothered she said it would just be my normal period as my body is settling back in to a routine but I can’t help but think is it more should I be worried I’m over analysing every twinge in my body I’ve felt sick all day and my jeans are tight so guessing I’m bloted do I just leave it and keep going as normal or should I push go the doctors and have it looked in to I did a pregnancy test yesterday and nothing so I’m not pregnant any help much appreciated
