I've had dizziness before getting pregnant lasted for a year but cured! Feeling dizzy again makes me worry. Have doc appointment today! Share your experience pls

I get dizzy spells when I get overheated. They are aweful. Started at the end of my first trimester and have continued so far, although I'm more careful with going out now. I'm in the Philippines so I'm just extra sensitive to the heat. I'm used to the cooler weather of Wisconsin.

I got dizzy in my first few weeks 4-6 that’s how I found out I was pregnant 
Make sure you don’t over do yourself, and you drink water
