No period after MC

I still haven’t had a period since I MC’d (naturally, no d&c) on July 9 at 6 weeks - I have PCOS so I’m starting to worry that the MC screwed up my system.

I recently moved to a province (Canada) that doesn’t have any reproductive endocrinologists or fertility specialists, so am hopefully going to see a gyno soon (my physician doesn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about women’s health 😓)

Any advice? How long did it take you to get a period after a miscarriage? I’m desperate to start trying again..
