Implantation pinching

Hey girls! I am on 5dpo and I feel pretty weird. Yesterday I had some really really mild cramping on left side (from which I ovulated, I had ovulation test) and today I felt hard pinching in my cervix while driving... It lasted for some minutes however throughout the day still feel it from time to time but lower intensity. Is it too early for implantation? Wouldn't implantation also need some light blood? And if this is implantation normally I could start testing earlier and not to wait for 2 weeks until period is due...? 😣
