Endometriosis pain how do you deal??

Simple question kind of how on earth do you deal with the pain?

I am over taking pain killers and barely being able to leave bed!! I can’t take the pills as I get migraines with an aura sometimes, mini pill doesn’t work.. I bleed every day on it and the implant is the same. IUD is also painful I don’t have a way to stop my periods so I need help dealing with the pain while I’m on the waiting list for surgery. Don’t even get me started on sex it’s becoming one of the most painful acts :( I suffer for days after.
