Struggles real

I met a guy 2 months ago and he’s really handsome, like really really handsome and such a great person forreal. I dont have any feelings for him but hes kinda interesting... so we actually made out when i was drunk and he was sober and almost had sex but i said no. and at this moment he didn’t talk to me as much as before... and im sory if my english is bad but its not my mother tongue... so its really weird and after that we made out like twice and then he started to avoid me... im so confused and dont know what to do ohgosh
