10 week Appointment tomorrow morning

I have a lot of anxiety about my 10 week appointment tomorrow morning. Some of my symptoms have disappeared like having sore boobs. We had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and the baby had a heartbeat and was measuring perfectly. I’ve had 3 prior miscarriages and have never made it this far. I’m just so scared tomorrow is going to turn out to be another disappointment. Please send prayers or positive thoughts my way! Praying that everything is still going great and that I’ll be able to sleep tonight! ❤️🌈
