Inner Libia pimple/cyst?

I have a pimple/cyst on my inner Libia and it hurts like hell. I’m so embarrassed to talk about it but i don’t know what to do I had it like 3 weeks ago (a little smaller) and puss came out/then ended up shrinking May have even gone away fully but last night I woke up in the middle of the night with disconfort and checked and its literally HUGE!!! It hurts to wipe/walk 😞

What can I do/use? Could I use Preparation H Cooling Gel??? It literally hurt so bad and it freaks me out every time I see it.
