Anyone seen a yellowish discoloration with teething??

So a couple weeks ago a minor bump just happened to smash my sons only two teeth, the bottom centers into his upper gum right where his top two were working their way down. It didn’t seem like a hard bump but his teeth cut into the gum slightly and he bled a tiny bit and then a nasty purple blood blister popped up. It went away in two days and my pediatrician said only to worry about going to a dentist if they were discolored when they finally erupted.

And here’s from today below, I noticed a yellowish color and it contrasts significantly with the other new tooth off to the right that’s a bright white like his bottom two. I’ve got a dental visit scheduled next Thursday but I’ve got a week to worry and was wondering if it might just be like those yellow crusty scabs that sometimes happen. Did anyone else have this color occur with any of your baby’s teeth so far??
