Pregnant or period?

So I had sex 11 days before my ‘period’ started, it was a dark red / brown heavy normal flow which lasted 4 days???
Does this mean it was my actual
Period and not implantation bleeding?

Answer

Sounds like it, implantation bleeding shouldn’t really be any more than a few spots when wiping. It shouldn’t be enough to fill a pad/tampon and can only last between a few hours and 1-2 days :)
