Writing

So this is someone else’s idea and idk if they actually wrote a book or not but I really want to write it. The idea is: what if the world was separated by Zodiac Sign like there’s a country for each sign and ur only allowed to fall in love with someone of ur same sign or whatever other sign is compatible with ur sign and if u fall in love with anyone else u are killed. And there’s a bunch of pressure put on u to be like ur sign and to fit in but then 2 people with incompatible signs fall in love and start a revolution while having to escape the government.

Should I write a book on this or no?

I’m 15 btw and I love creative writing. (I also need to start a writing assignment for my English class)
