Answers please

According to 3 of my apps that I have my fertility window ended the 30 of August me and my spouse laid down lol Saturday night September 1 could I still have a chance of conceiving I have 3 other apps telling me I was still fertile on September 1 so I really don’t know which to go back iv never used the ovulation test befor iv never had to I was quick to get pregnant with my 8 year old son and when I had a miscarriage 6 years ago my spouse is a little worried he may not be able to get me pregnant he has family members that are men that was never able to have kids but he has never tried for a child befor and was never with a woman that could or wanted more kids help please
