Gauges

So I’m concerned for my gauges. Here’s the problem.

When I take my o ring acrylic plugs out, I normally have a small bit of ear cheese. But its like rock solid and I can’t get it off without scraping my ears. It HURTS BY THE WAY. Anyways, they are light red at the bottom, and if I like squish them they are kind of bumpy or hard around the hole. I’m concerned and want to know what is happening!!! I’m at a 2G btw
