Fetal renal PELVIECTASIS??

Is anyone familiar with this?! It’s supposed to be enlarged kidneys and baby is not peeing completely because urine is not making its way to the bladder like it should, They saw on the ultrasound recently my baby had 2mm dilated and on the follow up it showed bilateral 7mm and 5mm dilated and referred me to a specialist. My app is next week with them, I’m 31weeks. Tested negative for all 27 diseases (very expensive lab exams that tests for all chromosome abnormalities)

The reason I mention this is because I heard this was associated almost always with baby’s with Down syndrome but I was at low risk / negative on my tests when I did them, I don’t have anything against having a baby with downs, I am just not understanding you know and confused, nobody is telling me anything or giving me any information at all to grab on if that makes sense 😔 I really just wanna know what’s wrong and if my baby is going to be ok. I’m terrified of her having bad kidneys due to this because we know people literally die waiting for a new kidney, I’m just panicking.
