Lack of symptoms?

I’m around 7-8 weeks. At the beginning I was super tired and crampy. The last few weeks not much is going on. I don’t fancy much food and at night I have a full/sick kind of feeling. I’ve had 2 miscarriages. One natural. One missed miscarriage. At the beginning of this pregnancy I had a large bleed. A little after some spotting. I had 2 scans. One showed a empty sack. The second ten days later a tiny little baby with a flickering heartbeat. But they’ve put my dates so fa back. It’s basically them saying I found out I was pregnant before I was pregnant. It makes no sense. I’m quite accurate. I’m very worried.
