I’m confused/¿Help?

Ok so I posted this in another group and nobody is replying and I was hoping someone in here would because I am so confused.

I experienced something similar to u. My mother never knew until after the fact, years later when I started going to therapy and i would ask her to come sometimes. I was about 13 when I started, I had a terrible home life at this time, as my father was a severe alcoholic and suicidal. It got worse when he committed suicide a few years later. I didn't deal wit my emotions until after I became an alcoholic and finally sought help. I was diagnosed wit severe anxiety and bipolar depression. I've been on numerous behavioral meds and seen many therapists. It truly helped me. I say u let your parents know what you're going through and maybe seek help. I hope u make it through and I'm here for u to privately message if u would like.

Cutting is not normal even tho there are a lot of teens struggling with this.... i think it would help you a lot to talk to someone so that you can find better way to express your feelings. Im sorry that you are going through this... the main advice i can give u is to find a different way to express how you feel.... maybe drawing or writing your feelings down... maybe some music may help.
. But most importantly find someone you trust and talk to them... internalizing ALL of your feelings is not a good thing.... everyone needs someone to confide in....

Your depressed and maby need to talk to someone cause its not normal for you to feel that you need to cut urself... i knowing its hard but u need to stop doing it..

I went through exactly same thing same time as you did plz it gets better I know you probably don’t believe me but it dose I’m currently going through my 100 relapse and I almost feel better
