Anyone got their period yet?

How did you know it was about to start? Were you cramping? I’m 6 Weeks Postpartum and Been Experience real bad cramping i don’t know if it’s my period starting

I started my period a week after I started the pill and I'm EBF. She was 7.5 weeks.

8weeks pp got my period while breastfeeding. 3 days of spotting and then very heavy period that lasted 6 days.

I believe it depends on if you are exclusively breastfeeding or not. I haven’t gotten my period (EBF) and my baby is 9 weeks old. For moms EBF when did you get your period? 🧐🤔

I breastfeed and I’m 7 wks pp and got my period today after spotting for two days. It’s pretty heavy too and I have light periods usually. My doctor was surprised as it came on the day if my pp appt. because I’m breastfeeding.

Just started the mini pill last Wednesday (something I really am not excited about, but I'm against getting any implants and we don't trust condoms...but also not exactly wanting to do this all over again right away, either). Literally 4 days later, Aunt-Flo made her appearance! No cramps (which I am thankful for - I had terrible cramps and PMS pre-pregnancy), but she's on day 5 with no signs of stopping.

I thought I was about to at 7 week pp, had all my normal symptoms and even a little brownish discharge then nothing happened 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was 5 weeks and my bleeding had slowed down to where I just had a tiny spot. Thought I was in the clear... WRONG!!! That night I started bleeding HEAVY felt bloated, gassy, crampy and irritated... lasted a week.

It’s possible. I’ve always had light periods and never had cramps. My first period I got at 8 weeks postpartum and it was SUUUUPER light. To the point I could have gone 24hrs with a panty liner and it only be 20% full. I also didn’t have a single cramp. Moral of all this is your period can be a lot different than what I used to be. Could be lighter, could be heavier, could be more cramping, could be no cramping.
