Pulled muscle?

Has any one pulled a muscle in their lower abdomen while pregnant? I’ll be 9 weeks tomorrow and I got up kinda quick to get the dog out of the trash last night and I don’t know if I turned funny while getting off the couch or what but I got a pain in my lower left tummy and it’s still bothering me on and off today. Not sure if I should be worried or not... I do have a regular check up with my midwife on Monday.
