Ughhh

I hate this app sometimes. Im not one to worry or freak out much but being 21 weeks pregnant anx reading all these things women saying they gave birth at 21 weeks and 22 weeks makes me want to cry with anxiety especially being a ftm. 😞 i don't know what contractions feel like and some women say they never even felt them which scares me more😞 I think I have braxton hicks but it may just be constipation but are braxton hicks different from contractions?
