Threw up for the first time at 14 weeks

I’ve had nausea since week 5 but luckily never was sick. Since week 10 I’ve only been getting nausea in the evenings. Today was no different, but decided to catch an Uber home from work - driver was a bit jumpy. Felt a little car sick which I don’t normally get. 10 min after getting home I throw up 3 times..... I’m just trying to figure out if it’s pregnancy related or car sick related. Maybe a bit of both 🤷🏻‍♀️
