My blood pressure dropping can make me dizzy. If I stand up or sit up to fast I’ll see dots and get slightly dizzy. Ah it’s always been like that for me and pregnancy.

Dizzy everyday since about 4and a half weeks. It is worse in a morning but hits me at random times through the day too 
Weird how its always sickness and boob changes that are the symptoms to look out for and no-one mentions the dizziness!!

I'm 23 weeks now and I'm fine now.. but dizziness was my first prego symptom.. even before my missed period. I was crazy dizzy from weeks 8-13 before it eased up. All I could really do was lay down. Doctors gave me meclazine (motion sickness medicine) and it really didn't help. I hope it gets better for you!
