Going in today for my 7DPO progesterone test. Does it look like FF is right & I am 7DPO today?

For anyone who has had this tested - what were your numbers? I’ve heard 10 is considered good but some places consider 15-20 good & 10 low!

Had a MMC in May & since my body wouldn’t release the baby naturally (confirmed growth stopped at 6 weeks at my 11 week check up) I’m thinking it isn’t progesterone related but now after a chemical I’m wanting to get everything checked!
