Just a few questions?!!

Question

So I got my iud removed in the end April. How long does it take to conceive. I know everyone is different. I have been trying TTC for 3 months. 
Also has anyone tried Maca root?!

I got my IUD out August 15th and started my period the 16th, just had my ovulation day two days ago (says the app) and I’ve been taking Maca!! I’m two days past ovulation and have been feeling off, I know it’s still early but I’m so tempted to test because I feel like I might of ovulated last week instead of the other day. So I’ll keep ya posted on the maca!!!
