Swollen Lymph Nodes

Since getting my IUD out in February, I always get a swollen lymph between my armpit and breast 5-7 days before my period that goes away after AF, norm for me and early sign that AF is on the way.. but my question is does anyone get this? AND if so, did you still get swollen nodes when you conceived or no? No sign of swelling yet, still a week out for AF, but really hoping this is my month.
