Does anyone have white coat syndrome where your blood pressure is always high at doctors?

YES! I swear my blood pressure goes up just thinking about it. I have only been to one appointment and I did warn them, but my bp was 153/85!!! Normally I have low bp, around 105/80... im terrified they are going to think I’m high risk and make me going to a mainland doctor 2.5 hours away  (I live in the fl keys) 🤦‍♀️ I have no idea what to do about it 😩

Pregnancy has actually given me low blood pressure. I used to be 120/80 and now I am always 100/60.

I’ve gotten better about it but last pregnancy especially in the beginning I did. Now that it’s my second pregnancy and I’m with the same Obgyn office it doesn’t seem to throw it as much.

Yes girl this is me Every. Single. Time. I have to tell the doctors or whoever that I have health anxiety if not they look at me concerned when my BP is high and heart rate is through the roof lol! It’s the worst. It’s silly but getting my BP taken has become one of my biggest fears and I stress about it all day long before my appts 🤦🏽‍♀️

I'm not this way, but my husband is. Doesn't even have to be him being seen... Dr office, er , hospital, even when he donated plasma.. He blood pressure goes through the roof, unless he takes meds ahead of time.
