Surrounded by shitty people...

Today was my birthday, and it only made me realize how shitty my family has been to me since I could remember. I turned 20 and wanted to try something new with my hair because I usually stick to basic things. Well I went blonde. My boyfriend loved it and complimented me a lot. But my family did nothing but bash me all day. And to make matters worse, not one of them said happy birthday. Today has literally been about my grandmother’s surprise party which is tomorrow. Anyways yeah my boyfriend was literally the only highlight of my day.

Just wanted others opinion on this... Is it really that bad?
