Yeast infection?

I noticed the last time I had sex it hurt a bit, and it’s hurt slightly during urination since then as well. I don’t think I have a UTI, as I’ve had one before and it wasn’t like this at all as it was much worse. I’ve had this slight pain for about 5 days now, and I just started noticing a larger amount of discharge than usual accompanied by a bit of a sour smell.

Does this sound like a yeast infection and would it be okay to take Monistat 1 even if I’m unsure?
