Opk nightmare & just want to cry!

So I really need some help! I got a positive opk last Wednesday, then again Thursday and again Saturday! In between its been negative. After getting positive I test a few hours later and it’s negative again. Last month I had a LH test and it came out normal. So I guess I am ovulating! What is going on? I also had a progesterone test Thursday expecting AF to be in 7 days so I guess that’s unreliable now. This is a complete nightmare & just want to cry! Any advice would be much appreciated! I’ve tried temperature readings but mine kept coming out too low for glow to register. I just put the thermometer in my mouth every morning! Maybe I have a rubbish thermometer or am doing something wrong?
