Weightlifting
So I have been weighting pretty heavy weights for the last two years. I have continued so far through the pregnancy, but dropped all my exercises by 5-10 lbs. my doctor told me today no more weights besides smaller hand weights and no squats. I know I've seen moms who lift all pregnancy, any advice? What do you do? I really don't want to switch to cardio. There are no complications btw I think she just doesn't know a ton about it so she said do the elliptical, swimming, or yoga.
