BBT adjuster. Use it or no?
For the past three mornings, I’ve woken up an hour before my alarm. I took my temp then and put what I got at that time into my FF app, but also used the adjuster and put that in my glow app. The difference in all of my temps is between .2 and .3 higher with the adjuster. Should I just use what I got when I woke up, or use the adjuster? I had EWCM and a positive opk Thursday, so these last few temps are pretty important. Thanks, ladies!
