Confused

Hey y’all. I’m confused why people who don’t have health insurance are actively trying to conceive. I see it on here a lot. And maybe I’m missing something, but wouldn’t you want to get those benefits established before bringing another life into this world? I’m genuinely asking because I’d like to know the thought process. Are they just banking on government subsidies? Are they paying out of pocket? (Hello, astronomical bills👋🏼) Whatya think?
