Anyone taking naps during pregnancy?

When I can. Desperately needed one today but only got maybe 20mins of shitty sleep(my heart keeps pounding randomly plus apparently I have pregnancy apnea or something going on constantly waking me up) before my 4yr old came to tell me she had to potty and then I couldn't fall back asleep after and the 2yr old was up shortly after any ways.

If I could I totally would. Ha just dont get a chance..  I have and 8 year old and a 2 year old... 2 cats and a dog lol

If I just could.. For some reason it's really difficult for me to fall asleep during daytime no matter how tired I am. 🤦🏼‍♀️
