Some concerns 😞

I've been trying to get into my gyno but they couldn't get me in till next week. I've been having pelvic pains and yellow discharge and itchyness for weeks now.. I'm just so sick of having all these vagina issues I haven't even had sex in over a month ... my gyno told me to go to the er in the mean time which I did but they seem clueless. They did a urine test which came back contaminated which I'm not sure how cause I did the same thing I have done before when I had to do urine test.. they also did a swab test and said I don't have any bacterial infection and that they aren't sure what is causing all the discharge .. at this point I really don't know what to do . I find myself getting really frustrated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
