Bump or bloat?

I’ve been wondering about something. Those of you saying that you’re showing already (at around week 12 or so like I am); have you actually rounded out around where the baby is at this point? Or just around the stomach area? My stomach used to be flat but has been permanently bloated since maybe week 5 causing me to definitely look different than I used to and not fit into jeans anymore. But since the baby is currently about 10 cm south of my bellybutton and that part is still flat I can’t really count it as showing. Looking forward to getting a real bump and wondering when I could expect it at the earliest.
