How soon is too soon to test

My period is not due for like another 5-6day's but I have been told by like 4 people including my hubby and 2year old daughter that I am pregnant yes I have had some symptoms but the one I have been having could be explained by other stuff as well some of the symptoms I have been experiencing are headache hot flashes dizzy spells crazy mood swings my question is if I was to get a test now would it be too soon to get an accurate result or should I just wait and see if I start on time ps yes hubby and I have been trying to conceive for about 7 months
