Spotting/bleeding (7 weeks)

For about a week i've been having light brown spotting. The one day when i wiped it was pink (2nd pic). Then a week later i went to the bathroom & had blood in my underwear & a little on the tissue when i wiped. No cramps or anything and no more red blood after that. Now i'm back to brown spotting again. It's Sunday so i can't go to the doctor, my first appointment is next Monday. This collage is in order of how i've been spotting/bleeding. Could baby still be okay or does this look like an early miscarriage?
