So frustrated

The last few cycles of us really trying to conceive I have received my period almost 5-6 days before it’s due meaning it’s getting earlier every month when I saw my gynecologist last month I told her and she said periods change sometimes but this is ridiculous. I feel like I get excited and go to test a little early each month get a negative and then boom it appears as if to say “haha don’t get too anxious! It’s not happening” has this happened to anyone else? I have always been pretty regular. I had one chemical last summer and then we stopped trying but my period is just now starting this when we are trying I don’t understand.
