How many times a day do you shower?

I personally shower once a day, two if I can squeeze in a second one. Im a clean person, especially with my job, I like my showers!

I know quiet a few ladies that shower every other day, or every few days. (Even when AF visits.)
Its none of my business, but just curious is all!

I work in a hospital so I shower every day I work. With work and work outs I probably shower every other day.
My skin is MUCH healthier because of it as well.
I also only wash my hair once every three or so days. It's usually a wash, a day without a wash, then I Co wash it(wash with a conditioner) then a day without wash, then a regular wash.

I only shower 1 a day or 4 times a week cause my skin can get dry very easily

The natural oil in your hair will start to dissappear and the shampoo and conditioner will start to damage the hair itself if you shower every day

My boyfriend showers twice minimum. When he was visiting, he'd wake up, shower, do normal day stuff, if he felt ick he'd shower, and he has to shower again to be able to fall asleep. Lol, my weirdo.
