Sexual Confidence
I'm dating a guy who was in a band for a long time. He toured a lot and well, he had a lot of girls throwing themselves at him. That life is far behind him, and we've been together for a year. But time and time again, we continue to run into issues with the fact that he's the first person I've had full intercourse with, and he just has more experience. (We are 30 and 31, btw)
So sometimes, I think we don't speak each other's language. I'm not picking up on what he wants because I'm still learning. I'm bad at certain activities because I'm still learning. And since occasionally I haven't been able to get him off, I've had my ego bruised and am hesitant to try things again. Which makes him feel like he's always initiating, which bruises his ego. He wishes I'd just go for it and get out of my head about it. How do I build my confidence?!?!
