Decaf coffee?
Hey ladies. Opinions on drinking decaf coffee?
I know you can safely drink a cup of regular coffee but I’d just rather not. I love coffee (used to drink 3-5 cups/day) but since I’ve cut it out and gone through the headaches, I’m better off just staying off caffeine!
I’ve read weird things about decaf being worse than caffeinated - but don’t know what to believe?! Any advice?
