So guys I just had my baby girl a few days ago my boyfriend/ first baby's dad signed the birth certificate of this one.. anyways long story short we broke up (back together now) I had a one night stand & I'm pretty sure he's the dad but he lives with his mom, with 3 sisters he's 27 doesn't have a car does meth pretty much an all bad person also he's still married but isn't with her.. my question is could he get rights? He's threading to take me to court I live in Missouri
