My baby hates lotion

My daughter loves bath time but absolutely hates getting lotion on. We've tried putting it on right after bath and even waiting until morning to put it on. I rub it in my hands before putting it on her skin so it doesn't feel super cold but as soon as I start rubbing it in she screams! Anyone else have this issue?? Thankfully she doesn't have dry skin so i dont feel the need to use lotion every day but I'm nervous with the cold dry weather coming soon!
