Started lactating???
So I’m 28 weeks with first baby and I was just in a warm bath and was inspecting my nipples and I squeezed one gently and clear/yellow liquid came out , however it was a tiny tiny bit . My question is , is it going to increase ? Like now that I know it’s there should I get some nipple pads or should I be fine for now ?
