IUD - Would he feel it??

Ladies, lately my life and schedule has changed a lot and I’m not able to keep up with my pill timing anymore so I’ve been thinking about getting the IUD. I had the implant before and it really did not work for since I had my period everyday for about 3 months 😬 so the IUD would be the next thing I’d like to try BUT my boyfriend is a little on the bigger side in that area if you know what I mean 😏 so I was wondering if anyone else out there with a man on the larger side has had any issues with him being able to feel the IUD during sex?

I personally hated the IUD, I prefer the ring. It's once a month, you get a regular period, and you can control when you get it, the guy doesn't normally feel it and there is no doctor appointment needed to insert or remove. Plus if it ever comes out, which has only happened to me a few times in over 10 years, you rinse off in warm water and put it back. I was on it and switched to the IUD and after a little over year I switched back.

No, he shouldn’t be able to feel the strings during sex. Had an iud for years and my hubby never had any issues. He may feel them during foreplay, but thats it.

Yes he'll feel the strings poking him. They can cut them shorter though.
