How to beat the leave/deployment blues?

My boyfriend is in the Marine Corps and he's on leave. Man, do I miss him. Went from being an hour away to being all the way on the East Coast. 
What's your way to beat the leave/deployment blues?

Stay busy, my husband was gone for a year on the other side of the world. I did Netflix series after series I walked a lot and listened to music also cause I was pregnant so I couldn’t do much. Make yourself projects finally do the Pinterest diy projects you’ve always wanted, eat what you want

Stay busy girl! It’s hard at first but just try to do things to keep it off your mind some. Working for me really helped, hanging out with friends, and talking to my family would keep me strong when I felt lonely. When you stay busy time really does fly by.

Stay busy! Find new hobbies, do something enjoy to take your mind off him and being far away. It’s never easy, and more easy to say than actually do it. I mostly worked my butt off and attended school/classes. Hung out with my friends and family. 
Before my husband left, we agreed to get a dog, so I wouldn’t be so lonely and I would have something to take my mind off of him. Tbh it really helped! I stayed busy with my puppy( because they are a lot of work). She was there when I missed my husband.
