Mucinex or Evening Primrose Oil?
I’ve taken Evening Primrose Oil in the past to help with CM and I wanna give it another shot...only thing is I forgot how you’re suppose to take it. Do any of you ladies know? I tried searching on the app for instructions for it but I’ve been seeing posts mainly about women taking it for labor. Also, would you suggest Mucinex or Evening Primrose Oil? Instructions on how to take them?
