scared for genetal herpes

ok just last week I notice some small tiny yellowish pimples/blisters inside my vagina I'VE NEVER HAD THEM BEFORE they are NOT painful at all. I haven't had sex since April 9th that was my first and last time since October (I had sex with the same guy) October was my first time having sex in 5 years so yeah from October to April I had sex twice once again same guy. I did use them summers eve wipes two days before finding them little things. I don't know if I should be concern about genital herpes I NEVER HAD THEM I do have an appointment Friday.
