I keep having these dreams!?

So this is the second time I’ve had a dream where I was pregnant. I’m 20, I have the Skyla IUD there is no way that I am, but about two weeks in a row I’ve had a dream where I was pregnant, and got several positive tests all very prominent dark lines. I just don’t understand why? My boyfriend and I have been talking about kids recently, some days he is okay with having them and he is telling me he will put a baby in me and then the next minute he is telling me we aren’t having any and he doesn’t want children. It is just on my subconscious? Should I test? I mean I just don’t know what to make of it. Why? It’s kind of scary if you ask me. My baby fever has been through the roof lately though. What are your opinions on this?
