Mirena IUD

Hi friends! I just got my Mirena IUD on August 22nd this year, and I'm still bleeding. Having some cramping here and there but no where near as to the pain I had the first week of insertion. I'm curious from anyones experience if this happened to anyone else?? And when itll stop? I've never had an IUD and my doctor told me this would work best for me since I've been on every pill in the market (practically), depo shot and the Nexplanon implant. SOS
